Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Jewelry
Carefully place the jewelry in its original gift box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
